Its optimized fuel economy and durable frame make it ideal for construction, demolition, and heavy-duty excavation. Don’t forget to stay on top of your maintenance—secure the parts you need to keep your SANY SY265C running smoothly!
Walk-Around Inspection
- Inspect boom, arm, bucket, and linkage for wear, cracks, or excessive play
- Check undercarriage including tracks, rollers, and final drives for leaks or damage
- Ensure fluid levels are within range: engine oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, DEF, and fuel
- Look for hydraulic hose wear or leaks, especially around swing gear and main pump
- Verify cab safety: seat belt, windows, mirrors, decals, and operator display functions
- Inspect lights, horn, work lamps, and wiper for proper function
Daily Maintenance
- Check and top off engine oil, coolant, DEF, and hydraulic fluid
- Inspect and clean radiator and condenser fins
- Drain water from the primary fuel filter/separator
- Grease swing bearing, boom, arm, and bucket pins with EP2 lithium grease
- Check tracks and adjust tension if needed
- Inspect battery terminals and cab electrical fuses
Every 250 Hours
- Replace engine oil and filter
- Clean and inspect air filter elements; replace if damaged
- Grease all lubrication points and inspect swing gear and pivot bolts
Every 500 Hours
- Replace fuel filters (primary and secondary)
- Clean radiator, oil cooler, and A/C condenser thoroughly
- Inspect and clean crankcase breather and DEF filter
Every 1,000 Hours
- Replace hydraulic return and pilot line filters
- Clean fuel tank strainer and inspect fuel lines
- Inspect and tighten swing gearbox and final drive bolts

- Change hydraulic oil and flush system
