Walk-Around Inspection

  • Check boom, cylinders, hoses, and wear pads for leaks or damage

  • Replace hydraulic return filter and tank breather
  • Replace fuel filters and clean DEF injector (ULS engines)
  • Inspect battery and terminals

Every 750 Hours

  • Change hydraulic return filter again
  • Replace tank breather (ULS only)

Every 1,000 Hours

  • Change hydraulic fluid and filters
  • Check and grease boom chains
  • Check park brake operation
  • Replace air filter and DEF filters if fault codes present

Every 1,500 Hours

  • Change hydraulic fluid and tank breather again

  • Flush and replace coolant
