Walk-Around Inspection

• Check boom, cylinders, hoses, and wear pads for leaks or damage
• Inspect outriggers, frame level system, and pivot pins for proper operation
• Check tire condition and pressure, ensure lug nuts are tight
• Inspect engine bay for fluid leaks, worn belts, or loose wires
• Ensure decals, mirrors, safety labels, and glass are in place and readable
• Inspect lights, cab controls, seat belt, and warning devices for function

Daily Maintenance

• Check engine oil, coolant, DEF, and hydraulic oil levels
• Drain fuel/water separator if water is visible

• Change transmission oil and filter
• Inspect boom chains and wear pads
• Repeat all 50-hour lube points

Every 500 Hours

• Change engine oil and oil filter
• Replace hydraulic return filter and tank breather
• Replace fuel filters and clean DEF injector (ULS engines)
• Inspect battery and terminals

Every 750 Hours

• Change hydraulic return filter again
• Replace tank breather (ULS only)

Every 1,000 Hours

• Change hydraulic fluid and filters
• Check and grease boom chains
• Check park brake operation
• Replace air filter and DEF filters if fault codes present

Every 1,500 Hours

• Change hydraulic fluid and tank breather again

Every 2,000 Hours or 2 Years

• Flush and replace coolant
• Clean DEF strainer (ULS models)

Every 4,000 Hours or 3 Years

• Replace DEF pump filter (ULS models)

Every 5,000 Hours or 4 Years

• Perform engine valve lash adjustment

As-Needed Maintenance
