Maintenance adds up. Our rewards program helps it add up in your favor. Earn points on every parts purchase and turn them into real savings on future maintenance needs.

You earn points for purchases and may earn additional points for actions like:

• Creating an account
  
• Referring friends (coming soon)
  
• Special promotions or bonus events

Points expire after 365 days of non use. You will receive emails or sms messages (based on your preferences) of when you have points about to expire.

The same is said for offers you've redeemed but haven't used. You will receive a message stating when your redeemed discount is set to expire.

Points are only earned on purchases made only after joining the program.

When an order is marked as refunded or cancelled in our system, the points will also automatically cancel/deduct from your profile.

For partial refunds, only the points accrued for the removed item(s) will be deducted.

We limit one discount code at checkout. So if you have a code from our SMS campaigns as well as one from rewards, they will not combine on the order.

Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

Points may not be awarded if:

• You weren’t logged in
  
• A reward or discount excluded points
  
• The order was refunded
  
• The item was excluded from earning rules
