Walk-Around Inspection
- Check for leaks, cracks, or damaged hoses and hydraulic fittings
- Inspect undercarriage components, track tension, and drive motors
- Inspect the boom, stick, and bucket for wear or cracks
- Ensure safety labels and glass are clean and intact
- Verify mirrors and backup camera are clean and functioning
- Check the condition of lights, horn, and other electrical signals
Daily Maintenance
- Check engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid, and DEF levels
- Inspect and clean the air filter indicator and radiator fins
- Drain water from the fuel/water separator
- Grease all daily lube points on boom, stick, and swing bearing
- Verify all warning devices and the emergency stop system function properly
Every 50 Hours
- Inspect engine air filter system and exhaust components
- Check batteries and cables for corrosion
- Inspect hydraulic hoses for signs of wear or chafing
Every 250 Hours
- Replace hydraulic pilot line filter element (initial service)
- Check and adjust A/C belt tension and inspect washer/wiper system
- Inspect track assemblies and roller hardware for wear
Every 500 Hours
- Replace hydraulic system breather filter
- Replace engine air filter and inspect radiator, oil cooler, and condenser fins
- Inspect seatbelt condition and verify all safety functions
Every 1,000 Hours
- Replace hydraulic tank return filter and pilot line filter
- Replace coolant filter and DEF tank filter
- Inspect fuel tank strainer and lines
- Check all hydraulic hoses and exhaust clamps
Every 2,000 Hours
- Change final drive oil in both travel motors
- Drain and refill hydraulic fluid and engine coolant
- Replace crankcase breather element and inspect accumulator
- Torque swing bearing bolts and check track tension
Annual Maintenance
- Perform all 500-hour and 1,000-hour checks if not already completed
- Thoroughly inspect frame welds, swing pinion gear, and undercarriage
- Clean electrical harness connections and apply dielectric grease
