Walk-Around Inspection
- Check forks, carriage, and boom for cracks, wear, and mounting pin condition
- Inspect tires for pressure (65 psi), tread wear, and lug nut torque (450 ft-lbs)
- Verify all fluid levels: engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid, brake fluid, and fuel
- Check for leaks at hoses, cylinders, and filters
- Ensure safety decals, mirrors, backup alarm, and lights are intact and functional
Daily Maintenance
