Walk-Around Inspection

  • Inspect for hydraulic leaks and battery fluid leaks
  • Check structural components for damage or missing fasteners
  • Verify tires are intact and properly torqued
  • Ensure decals are legible and manuals are present
  • Check entry gate, platform rails, and control handle for proper installation
  • Look for cracks, dents, or modifications to any key parts of the machine

Daily Maintenance

  • Perform a full Pre-Start Inspection before every shift

  • Check fluid levels (hydraulic oil, battery water)
