The SJ46AJ offers impressive up-and-over reach, continuous turret rotation, and a 46-foot platform height, making it ideal for tough elevated work environments. Walk-Around Inspection

  • Check all tires for inflation, tread, and visible damage
  • Inspect hydraulic hoses, cylinders, and fittings for leaks or wear
  • Confirm decals are clean and legible
  • Ensure battery, air filter, fuel tank, and radiator are free of obstructions or leaks
  • Check that platform guardrails and entry gate are secure
  • Inspect boom structure, jib, riser, and pivot pins for signs of damage

Daily Maintenance

  • Check engine oil, coolant, hydraulic oil, and fuel levels
  • Drain water from the fuel/water separator
  • Inspect all electrical cables and limit switches for wear
  • Grease all boom pivot points, swing bearing, and platform slider rails
  • Ensure emergency lowering functions properly from both base and platform controls
  • Test brakes, horn, motion alarm, and steering before operation

Every 150 Hours / 3 Months

  • Inspect cylinders, hoses, power track, and wear pads
  • Check brake and main manifold fittings for leaks
  • Clean the battery terminals and check fluid levels
  • Inspect and test oscillating axles and differential lock
