Walk-Around Inspection
- Inspect hydraulic hoses, cylinders, and fittings for leaks, wear, or chafing
- Check undercarriage, including track tension, rollers, and sprockets
- Ensure cab steps, mirrors, glass, and labels are clean and intact
- Look for visible cracks or damage on boom, arm, and bucket
- Verify lights, horn, and control indicators function properly
Daily Maintenance
- Check engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and coolant levels
- Drain water from fuel filter and water separator if necessary
