Parts FAQ

Yes, provided the parts you need are from a manufacturer we carry. Call our parts specialist team at 573-615-9161 to place an order for the parts you need shipped directly to your door.

Please provide the SKU/MPN/Part number and the manufacturer of the part you need. You should be able to locate the part number in your machine manual. If you cannot find the part number, have the Make, Model and Serial Number of your machine ready and we can assist you with finding the part you need.
Our parts are sold in “as is” quality, meaning that the parts do not come with the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not sell used parts at this time, so all parts on our site will be new parts.
We sell both aftermarket and OEM parts to try and provide you with as many options we can to find the parts you need. If the part is an aftermarket part, we will note it on the parts’ product page.
We stand behind our products. If you receive a defective or damaged part, contact our customer service team and we will help you resolve the issue. We do not offer a warranty on parts or a manufacturer’s warranty for OEM parts, but see our return policy for more information on returning parts for more information.
At this time we do not carry parts for cars or trucks, but feel free to visit our part request page if you’re interested in a wider selection than what’s available on our website and tell us what you want to see.
We cannot ship orders internationally at this time, but if you have a freight forwarder we’d be happy to work with them to get you the parts you need.
At this time we do not support in-store pick-ups and require a valid shipping address.

Returns and Exchanges FAQ

You can return any part provided that it is postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the product and is returned in the original condition. We are not responsible for postage on returned products. If you received a part in error or a defective part, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Payment FAQ

For both website and phone orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You can also use Shop Pay if you prefer to make payments in installments.

We do, but they require setting up and approving an account with EquipmentShare. Visit the following page: https://equipmentshare.jotform.com/221805711247047 to submit an application and list “Parts Distribution Center” as your sales representative.

We’re happy to work with you to validate your tax exemption documents and get an order placed for you. Please contact our parts specialists directly 573-615-9161 for assistance. Please note it typically takes 24-48 hours to validate your account status.
