The Maxi-Lite II features a DSE L401 MKII controller for efficient automated operation, a powerful diesel engine, and a rugged mast system—making it ideal for construction sites, events, and emergency lighting. Walk-Around Inspection
- Inspect light tower mast and cables for damage or fraying
- Check that overhead area is clear before raising the mast
- Inspect engine compartment and fuel system for leaks
- Ensure all decals, guards, and light fixtures are intact
- Check fluid levels: engine oil, coolant, and diesel fuel
- Verify that battery cables are tight and free of corrosion
Daily Maintenance
- Check and top off engine oil and coolant
- Drain water from fuel filter/separator
- Inspect controller screen for active warnings or fault codes
- Test manual/start, auto, and emergency stop functions
- Verify all lights are operational before raising the mast
